1. Introduction
Welcome to Royal Ceiling & Interiors ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website at royalceiling.in or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

- "Client" refers to any individual or entity that engages our services.
- "Services" refers to all interior design, false ceiling, wall panel, partition, and related services provided by Royal Ceiling & Interiors.
- "Project" refers to the specific work agreed upon between the Client and the Company.
- "Website" refers to royalceiling.in and all associated pages.
3. Services
3.1 Scope of Services
Royal Ceiling & Interiors provides interior design and installation services including but not limited to:
- • False ceiling installation (Gypsum, PVC, Metal, Acoustic)
- • Wall panel installation (PVC, WPC, 3D panels)
- • Partition systems (Gypsum, Glass)
- • Lighting solutions
- • Complete interior design and execution
3.2 Service Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, project requirements, and other factors.
4. Quotations and Pricing
4.1 Quotations
All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotations are based on the information provided by the Client and site conditions at the time of assessment.
4.2 Pricing
Prices displayed on our website are indicative and may vary based on:
- • Project size and complexity
- • Material selection and availability
- • Site conditions and accessibility
- • Customization requirements
- • Location and travel requirements
4.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. However, prices agreed upon in a signed contract will remain fixed unless changes are requested by the Client.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Schedule
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard payment schedule is:
- • 40% advance payment upon contract signing
- • 30% upon completion of 50% of work
- • 20% upon completion of 90% of work
- • 10% upon final completion and handover
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, cheque, and cash. All payments should be made to Royal Ceiling & Interiors official accounts only.
5.3 Late Payments
Late payments may result in work stoppage and may incur interest charges of 2% per month on the outstanding amount. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
6. Project Timeline
6.1 Estimated Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including but not limited to weather conditions, material availability, site accessibility, and Client-requested changes.
6.2 Delays
We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeline. However, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events, material shortages, or Client-caused delays.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- • Provide accurate information about the project requirements
- • Ensure site accessibility and necessary permissions
- • Provide electricity and water facilities at the site
- • Make timely decisions on design and material selections
- • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- • Ensure the site is clear of obstructions before work begins
- • Obtain necessary approvals from housing societies or authorities
8. Warranties and Guarantees
8.1 Workmanship Warranty
We provide a warranty on workmanship for a period specified in the contract (typically 1-2 years). This warranty covers defects in installation and workmanship but does not cover:
- • Normal wear and tear
- • Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- • Damage from natural disasters or accidents
- • Modifications made by third parties
- • Issues arising from structural defects in the building
8.2 Material Warranty
Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist in warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects or warranty limitations.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
9.1 Client Cancellation
If the Client cancels the project:
- • Before work begins: 20% of the contract value will be retained as cancellation charges
- • After work begins: Payment for completed work plus 20% of remaining contract value
- • Materials already purchased are non-refundable
9.2 Company Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel a project if the Client breaches these terms, fails to make payments, or if circumstances make it impossible to complete the project. In such cases, payment for completed work will be due.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and concepts created by Royal Ceiling & Interiors remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these designs for other projects without our written consent.
We reserve the right to photograph completed projects for marketing purposes unless the Client explicitly objects in writing.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Ceiling & Interiors shall not be liable for:
- • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Loss of profits or business opportunities
- • Damage to property not directly caused by our work
- • Issues arising from pre-existing structural defects
- • Delays caused by factors beyond our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the total contract value for the specific project.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Negotiation
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation.
12.2 Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
